Overview

What it does

The CS-465S caps bottles on the move. An escalator lifts caps from the bulk hopper, orients them and drops them down the chute onto the bottle, and three pairs of driven spindles close the cap progressively as the bottle passes through. Torque is adjustable and each spindle carries an indicator, so a setting can be read off the machine rather than guessed. It handles screw caps on round and square bottles and runs directly after the inserters in a bottling line.
