Overview
What it does
The LR-450S wraps a self-adhesive label around round bottles as they move along the conveyor. A servo motor peels at up to 30 metres a minute and the wrap station rolls the bottle against the label so it lands flat, with no lifted edge at the seam. Height and angle are adjustable, the module design means changeover is quick, and it takes labels up to 100 mm wide on 75 mm core reels. It is the last station in a bottling line, after capping and sealing.
