TM-426 six-channel tablet and capsule counter

Overview

What it does

The TM-426 feeds and counts tablets and hard or soft capsules into bottles at up to 2,000 pieces a minute. Six vibratory tracks run at independently variable speed, and because counting is optical rather than mechanical there are no change parts to swap when you move from a #0 capsule to a tablet. A PLC and touch screen handle both the count and the indexing of the bottle underneath, and an air cylinder pushes the next batch of containers into the filling position. Dust is pulled out by a vacuum system, so the hoppers stay clean through a shift.
