01
Bottle infeed table
A rotary table holds the empty bottles and feeds them onto the conveyor at an even rate, so the counter never waits and never jams.
-
02
Counting TM-426
Six tracks count tablets or capsules into each bottle, up to 2,000 pieces a minute, with no change parts between products.

03
Desiccant insertion DI-450
A sachet is cut from the roll and dropped in, only when a bottle is actually under the nozzle.

04
Cotton insertion CI-450
Cotton is measured, cut and pushed into the neck, at a length you set on the screen.

05
Capping CS-465S
Caps are lifted, oriented and fed down the chute, then closed by three pairs of spindles at a set torque.

06
Induction sealing IS-2000
A removable induction head bonds the foil liner to the bottle rim as it passes, on its own 1.5 m conveyor. Supplied with the line.
-
07
Shrink banding HT-100
A heating tunnel shrinks the tamper band over the cap, again on a 1.5 m conveyor. Supplied with the line.
-
08
Labelling LR-450S
The bottle is rolled against the label so it wraps flat, at 30 to 40 bottles a minute.

- Stations can be left out. A brand that does not use cotton simply drops that machine and the conveyor closes up.
- Every station shares the same conveyor height and control philosophy, so operators learn one machine and know them all.
- We quote the line as one price, with one lead time and one delivery to your facility.
