Overview
What it does
The DI-450 takes desiccant on a roll, cuts each sachet and drops it into the bottle as it passes. A step motor drives the feed, so the cut length stays consistent, and a sensor confirms a container is in position before the gate opens, which means no sachet is dropped onto the conveyor. It runs round, flat round, square and flat square bottles in glass, PET or HDPE, and sits between the counter and the capper on the same conveyor.
